It’s perfectly simple, actually. Divorced dads are the perfect men to date, when you think about it. Having a child often shakes the emotions of a man right to the surface – he’s more vulnerable and able to care for another human being. Granted, you sometimes have to take a backseat to his children, but I find the love of a father towards his children incredibly endearing. Also, if you’re like me, you’re busy with your career, friends, and existing social life, it’s good to connect with someone who has his own life and priorities.
What have your experiences been with dating divorced dads?
There’s always stereotypes out there, so I am the first to admit that I am not trying to generalize here. But, in my vast experience of online dating, I tend to find that the older I get, the harder it is to get single men to commit. Are you experiencing this as well?

In my dating world, I find that single men are quite settled in their lives and tend to prefer to date more than commit. Divorced guys, however, have demonstrated that they are open to commitment.
So, all the single ladies, go out there and find yourself a divorced dad! I know what you’re thinking – she’s out of her mind!- but when 50% of marriages end in divorce, you have to go for the gusto and hope that second time’s the charm.
